Insulated Roller Shutter Doors
Insulated roller shutter doors are the ideal solution for cold storage, food preparation areas or any environment that requires temperature control. They provide a high level of access control combined with strength and security, whilst reducing heat loss both through and around the door.

Each door comprises a double skin of interlocking steel lath secured by nylon endlocks and filled with CFC-free foam inserts. A rubber seal at the base of the curtain helps to maintain the temperature within. Insulated doors are also effective in reducing noise levels.
Our easy to use doors are available with a variety of operating systems including manual, powered and remote control and with a choice of single or three phase motors to suit the application.
Suitable for high traffic/constant use environments insulated doors are manufactured to individual specifications and to suit apertures of up to 10m wide by 6m high.
You can choose from a selection of finishes - galvanised steel, plastisol or powder coated.
Insulated doors are an ideal alternative to sectional overhead doors, particularly where height is restricted. They can also be used in areas where fire-resistance is a key factor.
